The design makes things real, existing, influencing the world and reality. Creativity and agency also breed responsibility. The durability of things, wise use of existing and recovered resources, energy consumption, the way projects arise, exist, and disappear over time are part of the design process. Changes can be designed well, with attention and knowledge by approaching what we have, what we use, and how we use it. We are trying to actively change the world for the better.
RESPONSIBILITY IS A MINIMUM, TOWARDS CHALLENGES AND NECESSARY ACTIVITY
During the investment process, we comprehensively handle it, design and conduct the administrative procedure, including obtaining all necessary and required by construction law and separate regulations, permits and arrangements, along with obtaining a building permit.
Each time, we flexibly adjust the scope of the construction project and any other study depending on the planned function of the facility as well as on the location conditions and customer guidelines.

The scope of the construction design must fully take into account the specificity of construction works and the regulation on the scope and form of the construction design.

All projects are developed in accordance with applicable legal acts, such as: Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location, the Construction Law Act, US Standards and other resolutions, regulations and laws, including local legal acts such as the Local Development Plan zoning for which each time we obtain an extract and an excerpt from the development plan for the plot on which we are implementing the project or the decision on building conditions and land development as a result of urban analysis.
